Job Title: Process Engineer
Reports To: MPE Manager

Summary:
The Process Engineer leads the exploration and advancement of new manufacturing processes and technologies within CTC Global. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, assessing processes, identifying, and executing value-added projects in the areas of process control and optimization. He/she will lead internal/external groups on process improvement projects and as well as tracking of action items
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure and optimize production processes from inception through to start-up and certification
- Implement new products into production
- Take measurements, interpret data and assess processes
- Provide data analysis and feedback on process capability
- Design, test and upgrade systems and processes
- Define, characterize, and lead the implementation of new processes
- Assure sound engineering and validation principals are applied to process design
- Develop processes to be trouble free and ensure success every time (zero defects)
- Assist with equipment selection and drive implementation of new equipment.
- Project Management to ensure on-time/on budget implementation.
- Monitor and maintain process controls.
- Lead process improvements while mentoring others to improve processes.
- Create process documentation and work instructions
- Perform risk assessments

· Complete design and development projects by training and guiding technicians
· Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering

Desired skills:
· Proven work experience in a manufacturing environment with Production Engineering or Process engineering
· Preferred Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Engineering
· Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
· Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,486.00 - $127,442.00 per year
