? HSE: Respect and promote the HSE rules of the subsidiary in its field of activity and responsibility.
? Responsible for the assigned GHG CFR and Energy Savings (ES) initiatives and quick wins for all CLIENT activities (seismic, drilling, PBF, new development projects, production, decommissioning and abandonment) on operated assets, OBO, and at onshore support premises (Luanda offices, logistic bases).
? As part of DSP Direction, is requested to support other entities and actively promote DSP actions.
? Assigned initiatives can be (amongst others) part of the OGMP 2.0 roadmap, Energy Efficiency boost, flaring and fuel gas reduction initiatives... to ensure the reduction of the environmental impact of fugitive emissions in the affiliate perimeter.
Activities
? Promote and ensure during all activities and interactions with others the CLIENT HSE requirements. Integrate safety as a core value during initial design up to final commissioning.
? Focal point of contact for CLIENT in relation to the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives: definition, design, and follow-up of implementation within its perimeter.
? Responsible for weekly, monthly, yearly and other status reporting as well as PDC estimations in relation to the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives for CLIENT. Integrating new tools (for example Power-Bi, NEMS, CFR Pro...) and continuously improve reporting methods for better data capturing and sharing.
? Support to LTP exercise for the entity for everything related to the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives.
? Responsible for the data entry and updates in the CFR Pro software for follow-up and tracking of the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives for TEPA.
? Participate in the definition of the GHG initiatives team budget (as part of the DSP annual budget) and its periodic follow up in line with cost reduction strategy.
? Provide technical assistance for the flaring policy and coordinate initiatives that follow from flaring event investigations.
? Responsible for the updating\creation of assigned SIM procedures related to GHG CFR and ES for CLIENT.
? Assist in the creation and follow-up of the CFR GHG ES roadmaps of the assets as well as the status updates of all the initiatives. Identify and work out new initiatives and liaise with the assets and departments to create roadmaps, add new initiatives to the roadmaps and share progress.
? Liaise with HQ (One Tech and One CFR team) for the assigned initiatives and knowledge sharing amongst different CLIENT sites. Evaluate applicability of new initiatives for CLIENT and integrate them into the roadmaps.
? The jobholder is requested to be Head of initiatives and quick win service at interim.
Context and environment
CLIENT'S activities include 4 operated FPSOs in deep offshore fields on B17 (Girassol, Dalia, Pazflor, CLOV), B32 FPSOs (North and South), drilling rigs, support vessels, Exploration blocks and onshore support sites including Industrial and logistic bases. TotalEnergies E&P Angola also has in interest in non-operated assets (B0 and AnLNG) as well as future developments.
The position is full-time and is based in Luanda, Angola, with work periods at offshore or other sites as necessary.
Purposes
? Manage organizational and technical aspects of the assigned Company GHG CFR and ES initiatives, Energy efficiency management plan and system, as well as the associated reporting systems.
? Development and the implementation of assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives to ensure the Companies ambition toward Net Zero.
? Significant responsibility in multi-disciplinary and transverse activities to promote and implement GHG and CFR as well as Energy Saving initiatives.
? Manage and coordinate the budget and activities of the assigned GHG CFR and ES initiatives.
? Manage the assigned CLIENTGHG CFR and ES initiatives and related interfaces within its perimeter and related interfaces with the assets and TotalEnergies head quarter.
Qualification / Experience required
? University degree in rotating, mechanical, or other related engineering specialization. Experience in project development or other relevant project qualifications is a plus.
? Typically, 5 years minimum experience in an operational or engineering position of responsibility.
? Fluent in English, good knowledge in Portuguese, French is a plus.
? Good proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Affinity with new digital tools (Power-Bi, SharePoint, virtual meeting rooms...) is a plus.
