About the Role:We’re looking for a versatile, motivated Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This is a long-term contract role supporting a wide range of projects and programs — from M&A integrations to SailPoint implementations and everything in between.
This is not your typical BA role — you’ll be jumping into a variety of initiatives, helping structure plans, write documentation, build decks, mine data, and coordinate with SMEs across the business. If youre a self-starter who’s eager to learn, comfortable wearing many hats, and not afraid to dive into new territory, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:- Support multiple cybersecurity projects including 3 M&As, 4 major initiatives, and 2 large-scale programs
- Collaborate with SMEs to structure plans, gather requirements, and organize deliverables
- Create and maintain PowerPoint decks, documentation, and reports
- Perform data mining and light analysis to support decision-making
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders
- Work across different teams and functions — no two days will look the same
What We’re Looking For:- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Someone who’s had a couple of jobs already and is still exploring their career path
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- A self-starter who can take initiative and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- No need to be a subject matter expert — just bring curiosity and a willingness to learn
Nice to Have (but not required):- Exposure to cybersecurity, SailPoint, or M&A projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in large enterprise environments
