We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team to work on data driven solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights that guide business decisions. The role requires strong problem solving ability, experience with machine learning techniques, and the capacity to communicate findings clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Develop machine learning models for prediction, classification, and optimization
- Build dashboards and data visualizations to present insights
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define data requirements
- Conduct exploratory analysis and design experiments to test hypotheses
- Deploy models into production environments in collaboration with the engineering team
- Document methodologies, model performance, and research outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Proficiency in SQL and working with databases
- Hands on experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
- Ability to translate analytical outputs into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Big Data tools such as Spark or Hadoop
- Experience deploying models in production
- Prior work experience in a data driven organization
