Your Role: As an Electrical Engineer or Designer, you will design and manage electrical systems that are integral to various environments. Depending on your experience level, you will leverage your skills to perform engineering calculations, create and assess design documents, collaborate with project teams, and lead tasks or projects while mentoring colleagues. Oversee the creation of design documents, layouts, drawings, and specifications. Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges and guide technical direction across the discipline. Mentor team members and promote professional growth and continuous learning. Ensure quality compliance through rigorous reviews that meet industry standards. Engage directly with clients, addressing questions and resolving conflicts as they arise. Support strategic business initiatives and maintain client relationships. Act as Engineer of Record when assigned, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables. Professional Engineer (PE) license required for Engineers of Record. Preferable technical certifications (e.g., RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL). Expertise in electrical engineering design, applicable codes, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes. Proven track record of managing complex project scopes and coordinating teams effectively.
