You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and a talented engineering team to ensure every project meets specifications, stays on schedule, and stays within budget. No relocation assistance available for this position. Not available for hybrid working hours- must live in or around area.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Assign responsibilities, guide teams, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance to maintain quality and profitability.
- Partner with senior engineers to improve processes and find smarter ways to work.
- Develop equipment specifications and field test methods.
- Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of field and project planning experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with electrical engineering software and visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
