Clearance: Top Secret (SSBI)/ SCI Eligible
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
Experience/Duties:
· 20 years of Missile Warning experience and a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
· Performs role as the definitive technical authority for all aspects of engineering for the enterprise and is responsible for maintaining and driving the system architecture and system performance.
· Develops and maintains a strong team support and customer relationship to ensure that all stakeholder needs, goals and objectives are considered.
· Supports the coordination of MW system level requirements development, hardware/software design, verification and validation activities.
· In coordination with the SEIT lead, it ensures that the FORGE enterprise is adhering to sound engineering processes in the development, production, test, and sustainment of products for FORGE customers.
· Provides expert management and leadership of the Missile Warning Integration and Test team.
· Maintains cognizance over technical activities within FORGE IPTs and in coordination with the government SEIT lead, ensures horizontal integration of the best engineering practices across the FORGE enterprise.
· Continually coordinates with the government SEIT lead to ensure consistent technical baselines.
Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
