What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate technical activities across plastics processing, product design, and industrial engineering.
- Optimize injection molding and/or other plastics manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time.
- Support new product launches, including tooling validation, process development, and production readiness.
- Evaluate material selections, process parameters, and equipment capabilities to ensure manufacturability.
- Introduce innovative technologies and automation to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process or quality challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Tooling, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer teams.
- Support plant layout, capital equipment evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer specifications, and industry best practices.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field preferred.
· Two + years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics processing.
· Equivalent combination of education, hands-on experience, and technical training will be considered.

Pay: $77,254.47 - $93,037.64 per year
