Plenitude On The Road is seeking a
Sales Technical Engineer in
France. You will be responsible for developing direct sales to companies, fleet managers, real estate stakeholders, local authorities, and others. Your role will involve identifying and activating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and positioning Plenitude On The Road as a key partner in the electric charging sector. You will operate across the entire French territory. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, recommending tailored technical solutions, and coordinating internally to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
About Plenitude On the Road S.R.L. Plenitude On the Road is Plenitude's dedicated company for electric mobility, playing a central role in the transition to sustainable transportation across Europe. It focuses on expanding electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and provides certified electricity from 100% renewable sources, guaranteed by European origin certifications.

Main responsibilities: - Business Development : Identify and prospect new B2B clients across the French market. Implement an ambitious development strategy to build a strong and qualified pipeline of opportunities.
- Portfolio Management : Develop and retain an active portfolio of energy clients. Provide high quality follow up to encourage additional or related projects.
- Needs Analysis & Recommendations : Clearly understand clients' challenges and expectations. Prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals, supported by the technical team.
- Negotiation & Contracting : Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to contract signature. Negotiate offers in line with margin and quality objectives.
- Commercial Representation : Attend trade fairs, industry events, and institutional meetings to increase the visibility of Plenitude On The Road. Build a network of influence to support business development.
- Activity Tracking & Reporting: Produce rigorous reporting and monitor commercial KPIs. Recommend corrective actions or optimisations to improve commercial effectiveness.
Skills and experience required: - Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
- Fluent French and a good command of English; Italian is an advantage.
- Extensive experience in direct B2B sales within a demanding environment (energy, industry, mobility, technology services, etc.).
- Full command of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and prioritisation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of commercial performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior management to technical teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital environments.
- Knowledge of charging solutions or green technologies is desirable.
- Technical interest in energy systems is an advantage.
