Job Description:
The Systems Business Analyst translates business needs into effective technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of systems that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for system enhancements and new projects
- Perform system and process analysis to support enhancements
- Work with cross‑functional partners to optimize system performance
- Produce process maps, user documentation, and technical specifications
- Support continuous improvement of analysis practices
- Coach and guide junior analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2–5 years of business systems analysis experience
- Hands on experience with Oracle, SQL and Maximo systems
- Experience with PowerBI
- Proficiency with process modeling and requirements tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
