Position Title- Technical Program Manager
Location- Minneopolis, MN

Skills:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Plan, execute, and deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and operations to achieve program objectives.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to maintain program health.
- Facilitate regular program review meetings and provide updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Understand client business goals and align program outcomes to drive value and satisfaction.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Collect and analyze program metrics and feedback to continuously improve processes and client experiences.
- Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for program expansion or upsell.
Secondary Skills:
- Java Programming: Proficiency in Java development and architecture.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices like Scrum and Kanban.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Java frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects.
