Job Title: Project Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX – 4 days on site, 1 day remote
Project ManagerOverview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of process optimization and operational improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong project oversight, financial analysis, and executive-level communication skills, and who can ramp quickly into a complex, high-visibility environment.
The team is looking for someone who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and helping drive structure and clarity within a large organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee optimization and process improvement initiatives
· Perform cost-benefit and financial analysis to support business cases and investment decisions
· Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions
· Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives
· Support solution design and implementation, ensuring initiatives are executed end-to-end
· Manage projects through planning, execution, and delivery while mitigating risk
· Contribute to and work within risk and control taxonomy frameworks
· Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to executive-level stakeholders
· Help bring structure and consistency to project management practices, including tooling
Tools & Technology
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
· Experience with Jira Work Management (JWM), Asana, and/or Notion
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in a corporate Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Financial Business Analyst role
· Proven experience performing cost-benefit analysis and building business cases
· Strong understanding of process mapping/engineering, optimization, and operational improvement
· Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders
· Ability to ramp quickly and operate with minimal hand-holding
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Background in large enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting risk, controls, or compliance-related initiatives
· Prior exposure to Notion as a PM or documentation tool
