Manufacturing Engineer Position
We are searching for an aspiring engineer to fill our Manufacturing Engineer role. Zurich Medical Inc. is a company that intends to provide value in the medical device industry by developing proprietary medical devices with cardiac and vascular applications that are easier and more cost effective to use. These single-use, non-implantable devices are designed and developed to target healthcare markets around the world that are resource constrained.
Preferred Skills
- Assist with supply chain duties and inventory management.
- Analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods and standards. Provide solutions to problems that adversely affect operator safety, quality, productivity, and/or cost.
- Assist in the development and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Establish and support day-to-day assembly line activity. Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
- Assist in the receiving and cleaning processes for controlled materials.
- Fixture design and development
- Design Verification & Validation Testing
- Competent with SolidWorks drawings
General Competence
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction on projects
- Ability to adapt well to change in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working with medical devices preferred
- Familiarity with ERP Systems is a plus
Pay: $82,803.62 - $100,000.00 per year
