Our client, Advanced Nuclear Energy Technology, is seeking a Electrical Test & Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Electrical Test & Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting Next Generation Reactor Systems and Test Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical problemsolving skills, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Electrical Test & Validation Engineer Location: Wilmington, NC Pay Range: $72 per hour What's the Job? Create, schedule, and execute engineered tests to validate complex electrical and electromechanical systems for nextgeneration nuclear reactor technology Develop and implement confirmation and validation testing strategies to meet customer, design, and regulatory requirements Identify, document, and lead resolution of technical risks across testing programs Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and crossfunctional teams to assemble test fixtures, prepare test facilities, and conduct unique testing Prepare and present technical data, reports, and documentation to internal teams and customers What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 5 years of testing experience with complex electrical or electromechanical systems Strong experience with testing methodologies for new design development Handson experience troubleshooting analog and digital electronics using test instrumentation Programming experience in C, Python, LabVIEW, or LabWindows and familiarity with automated test systems What's in it for me?
