Project ManagerPosition OverviewOur homewares client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in an ongoing, 40 hour/week freelance capacity. This is a hybrid position which requires you to be onsite three days per week.As a Project Manager on this team, you will be tasked with leading status meetings, providing clear agendas and next steps, and managing the team against project timelines. Attention to detail is paramount to success in this role. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing project timelines and responsibilities for creative and marketing campaigns, product campaigns, and promotional initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, studio, marketing) and external vendors to ensure timely execution.Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools.Monitor performance and assist in reporting metrics and insights.Identify and escalate project risks or delays to senior team members.Help build efficiencies in project workflows.QualificationsA minimum 3 of years of experience in project management, marketing, or similar.Experience managing marketing and/or creative projects for an in-house agency or external agency.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workfront).Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
