This individual will focus on the Operations side of DevOps and will co-lead the design, development, operations, and governance of the enterprise data architecture and help define the enterprise data strategy. The role is responsible for enabling scalable data platforms, supporting advanced analytics and data visualization, and delivering reporting capabilities across commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Tech Ops.This position will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and internal analytics teams to operationalize the seamless flow of accurate and near real-time data across the organization. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award.
