Position Overview
Tejas is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support quality control processes related to testing, certifications, and customer documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment between customer requirements and finalized documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure quality control over testing documentation and certifications
• Review and match customer purchase orders (POs) to finished certifications for accuracy and completeness
• Verify that correct specifications and standards are applied to all certifications
• Maintain organized filing of purchase orders and certification records
• Distribute completed certifications to customers in a timely manner
• Review and verify pricing accuracy on customer POs
• Support internal processes to maintain documentation consistency and compliance
Qualifications
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in quality control, document control, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and track documentation accurately
• Basic understanding of quality standards, certifications, or testing processes is a plus
• Proficiency with standard office systems (Excel, document management systems, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
Work Environment
• Office-based position located in Houston, Texas
• Standard 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday)
