Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within a defined geographic region, driving revenue through targeted customer engagement and execution of commercial strategies. This role focuses on standardized product offerings, requiring strong customer interaction, pricing management, and the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to overall sales objectives.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Managing sales of products, services, parts, and solutions within an assigned geographic area
- Handling standardized product offerings and providing clients with guidance on pre-defined options
- Contributing to pricing strategies within established contract frameworks, with some flexibility to adjust conditions
- Managing and developing relationships with targeted customers to drive business growth
- Defining and executing customer engagement strategies independently
- Overseeing commercial activities within a stable, established market region
- Leading sales-related activities that may involve significant personnel cost considerations
- Ensuring alignment with company commercial objectives and regional strategies
To be successful in this role, you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Be able to work independently and manage customer relationships autonomously
- Show strong problem-solving skills and commercial judgment
