Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the daily packaging operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production.
- Coordinate with production staff to maintain optimal machine performance and resolve any process-related issues.
- Perform regular quality checks on packaging lines to ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any quality deviations or non-conformities promptly.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on packaging performance and quality metrics.
- Analyze process data and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality or process issues.
- Ensure packaging processes comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and R&D for product development and improvement.
- Train and support packaging line staff on SOPs and quality standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
