Description:The IT Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's information technology infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of hardware, software, networks, and user systems while providing exceptional technical support to employees. The IT Administrator also assists with technology projects, cybersecurity initiatives, system upgrades, and vendor coordination. Balances end-user support with hands-on system and network administration, including active involvement in GCC High environment management.This position will require specialized education and related experience. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
