We are looking for a supervisor to join our team in Lussac-les-Chateaux and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and on-site safety.
Responsibilities As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technicians and operators while ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency. You will act as a key link among field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance activities and the continuous improvement of site performance.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of the service team
- Ensure adherence to Vestas processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement
- Support the development and training of team members, including safety initiatives
- Manage workforce planning and ensure resource availability
- Oversee reporting, time tracking, and task execution accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Qualifications - Demonstrated background leading teams in operational or industrial settings
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems or wind turbine operations
- Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office; SAP or similar systems)
- Good level of English

- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Methodical approach and problem-solving abilities
