As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Title: Process EngineerLocation:Seymour, CT 06483Salary: $110,000-$140,000 + 9-12% BonusRelocation AvailableSchedule:1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMWhat's the Job?Conduct root cause analysis on failures, identify solutions, and implement preventive measures. Participate in Tech and Design Reviews of existing and new product introductions (NPI). Evaluate and procure new equipment, and perform product and process validations. Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance plans.
