As a Manufacturing Planning and Control (PPC) Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, consolidating, and updating short- and medium-term manufacturing plans, ensuring alignment with demand, operational priorities, and resource availability. You will work on load and production capacity analysis, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities for improvement to ensure a balanced, efficient production flow that adheres to established deadlines.
As a Manufacturing Planning and Control (PPC) Programmer, you will be responsible for:
- To develop, maintain, and control the short-term manufacturing schedule.
- Build and update the plan frozen within a three-month timeframe.
- Analyze, balance, and communicate workload by work center.
- Identify production constraints and take action to mitigate impacts on the factory plan.
- Monitor the area's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform routine tasks within the programming area, aiming to meet deadlines, ensure quality, and guarantee safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Must have completed high school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is required.
- Having experience in the oil and gas industry will be considered a plus.
- Having experience in production planning will be considered a plus.
