The Project Services Specialist will perform the order management activities, and support the logistics side of the business, within parts of the Midstream Production Systems portfolio.
The main equipment is Separation Units, but the Process System portfolio is huge and covers gas, oil, produced water, seawater, and solids scope. Some are offshore and onshore customer sites.
Midstream Production Systems have 2 different structures called New Equipment (CAPEX/CAPITAL) and PSD-Product Services and Delivery (OPEX).
The Project Services Specialist for this position will be part of the PSD Team that is responsible for all replacement items, repairs, retrofit, and field service embark. The team supports external customers with parts, often very bespoke orders.
On the PSD structure, there is the Outside Sales Team responsible for the front line with the customer, the Commercial Team responsible to provide the proposals, and the order management /execution team responsible to handle all the activities till the item/material delivery.
The execution team and the Project Services Specialist based in the UK are responsible to handle all spares orders for EUR, ACE, NAW, and SCA and is headed up by Paul and Denise.
This is a newly created role to support with the sales order backlog. Looking for someone with a view to succession planning, who can progress into a management role in the medium term (2ish years).

Minimum Job Qualifications

Supervise or perform administrative functions supporting customer service and sales order entries.
Provide technical knowledge needed to properly process customer orders, and ensure correct information is collected for invoicing.
Maintain a record of assets' delivery progress and invoicing.
Coordinate orders and shipments between Manufacturing and customers.
Track and report to customer and sales staff delivery dates, anticipated delays, and conflicting terms and conditions of customer purchase orders.
Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables for internal and external customers.
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs when required
Interact with Production, Buyer, and Planner to follow up on customer orders.
Prioritize activities with customers and resolve issues with the Plants and Product Lines.
Interface with departments handling activities such as credit and collections, sales, shipping, and purchasing to ensure effective and timely service to customers.
Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in the support database.
When applicable coordinate/participate in customer quick of meeting
Maintain and improve the integrity of data in the CS10, SAP, and overall database.
Provide weekly updates on Backlog and revenue or other reports relating to the CSR activity, and follow up with the PSD manager, and Production team.
Coordinate spare warranty process with the stakeholders to provide customers satisfaction and solutions, wherever applicable.
Providing cover for Logistics from the vendor to the warehouse (just EUR) and customer
Mentor others as required.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
Liaising across a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple GEO Units, not just the UK - vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders (plant, quality teams, etc)
Run backlog and OTD reports wherever applicable.
