1. Responsibilities & Duties (key results area):
- Understanding and implementing designs from technical drawings
- Interacting with contractors and customers using verbal and written communication
- Testing electronics for problems and proposing solutions
- Create testing procedures and maintenance for electronic equipment & components.
- Assisting in documentation updates for existing products, engineering change orders and product development.
- Direct and participate in controls systems FAT testing
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for creating schematics and layouts.
- Engage in project scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.
- Document design processes and maintain compliance.
- Support Production on technical issues that may occur.
2. Minimum Educational Qualifications/Previous Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field OR (5) five years of experience in a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience with CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD, Revit) as well as mechanical design tools (SolidWorks).
- Specific technical or vocational training or certification may be required; may also be required to pass a ruler test.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to electrical components. Experience working in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Must have experience using multi-meter, basic shop tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

- Has a good understanding and insights into the product functionality, general usage & troubleshooting of the product functions.
PAY & BENEFITS:
- Pay Scale $65,000 - $85,000 (Based on Education & Experience)
