Urgent Opening - NDT Technical Authority (PAUT Level III) - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Residential)
We're supporting a leading technology-led inspection business on a strategic hire for an NDT Technical Authority (PAUT Level III) to join their UAE operations (Abu Dhabi - residential role).
This is a senior, highly client-facing technical authority position focused on brownfield refinery asset integrity—particularly piping and pressure vessels. You will act as the escalation point for complex integrity challenges, validate inspection data/reports, and help drive consistent standards and mentoring across the inspection team. International travel is required, including time in the US for training/onboarding.
Key requirements
- PAUT Level III with strong hands-on authority-level capability
- Strong experience in PAUT corrosion mapping (plus weld inspection / integrity assessments)
- Proven brownfield refinery Mechanical integrity exposure
- Confident communicator with examples of resolving technical issues with senior stakeholders
Preferred
- Brownfield experience
- Ability to travel to the US region
- Background at Mechanical Integrity Manager / Technical Authority / integrity leadership level
