Own end-to-end vision and execution for large-scale development projects, from site selection, due diligence, design, entitlement, and approvals through construction readiness and delivery preparation.
Translate NVIDIA’s business goals into clear development strategies, action plans, schedules, risk mitigation approaches, and defensible documentation.
Lead site, land, entitlement, regulatory, permitting, and approval pathways while balancing AHJ requirements, business priorities, and project constraints.
Serve as the primary interface with government bodies, municipalities, agencies, utilities, and other approval authorities; shape submission, negotiation, and approval strategies.
Identify, engage, and coordinate specialized consultants and SMEs across entitlement, environmental, legal, engineering, permitting, architecture, PM, and CM functions.
Partner with architects, engineers, external PM/CM teams, and internal collaborators to maintain alignment with development intent, scope, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
Establish strong program governance, including status tracking, risk management, decision documentation, collaborator commitments, and executive-ready reporting.
Provide leadership with clear tradeoff analysis, recommendations, key risks, dependencies, and action-oriented decision materials.
