The Electrical Engineer Create ladder wiring diagrams and modify and validate bill of materials for semi- custom commercial HVAC equipment.
Job Duties:
- Design electrical wiring diagrams using AutoCAD and Solid Works.
- Review and validate bill of materials for Commercial semi-custom HVAC equipment.
- Update tools such as engineering breakdowns and Serial Tag programs to automate tasks. Work with Sustaining engineering and production to create pre-configured universal wiring harnesses.
- Ensure compliance with ETL and NEC agency coding standards, and others as may be required.
- Identify value add/value engineering opportunities and help drive solutions into production.
- Streamline Electrical designs for cost savings. Help create standard work documents for tasks performed by the department to ensure quality of work.
- Assist in sourcing electrical components for cost savings and simplification.
Required Qualifications
- Work is on a professional level with specialization in the technical field.
- Job discipline should therefore include a self-starting nature and positive outlook.
- 1-2 years of experience is required Manage work on muttiple simuttaneous projects
- Understanding of Electrical Code and 70E
- Experience Creating Electrical Ladder Diagram Schematics ACAD and Solid Works experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical or Equivalent from ABET certified institution is preferred Authorization to perform work in the United States.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
