Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Seeking a high-level Administrative Assistant with 10+ years of experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced trading floor environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
Process expenses and reconcile reports using Concur
Communicate effectively across teams and business functions
Organize meetings and client events
Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures

Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong Concur experience (travel & expense management)
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work extended hours when needed
