Summary
We are seeking a skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team at Global Printing & Packaging in a Part-Time / Freelance capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative packaging solutions that meet our clients' specifications and enhance product visibility in the retail market.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging solutions that align with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed packaging designs and prototypes.
- Produce white samples or digitally printed samples in our office as needed using our Kongsberg Cutting Table and large format digital printer.
- Experience in Consumer Packaging and POP Displays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD software design purposes.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
- 5+ Experience in Packaging Engineering
Time & Place of Work:
- Time and place of work is flexible to your schedule
- CAD design work can be done remotely
- Some time in our office (can be nights/weekends) to operate the Konsburg Cutting Table as needed for physical samples.
