Rainbow Companies is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization in our growing 100% ESOP company headquartered in Minnetonka, MN. As a member of our Executive Team, you will be accountable for driving sustainable growth in profitability, managing liquidity and resource allocation, and increasing overall enterprise value.
You will lead our Finance Team to ensure impeccability in the areas of financial reporting, treasury management, and financial planning and analysis, while fostering an environment where all can thrive in their professional growth.
You will collaborate with executive partners and leadership throughout all areas of the company in developing and executing strategy as we pursue ongoing excellence in service to Rainbow’s ultimate intent of Restoring the Earth – Life is Thriving.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum 20 years of progressive financial and leadership experience, including 3+ years in an executive (Vice President/CFO) position.
- A bachelor’s or advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
- Experience in negotiating credit agreements and managing lender relationships, working effectively with outside audit and legal counsel, M&A related work, board-level communications, compensation and incentive plan design, and interfacing with key external partners and stakeholders.
- A superior business acumen that enables strategic thinking, a voice of visionary leadership, and the ability to navigate complex business situations across a broad spectrum of financial and operational disciplines throughout the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A growth mindset combined with a passion for leading others in their understanding of key financial drivers within their areas of accountability.
