This is a key leadership opportunity for a highly experienced commercial and healthcare title professional who can manage current business while also building infrastructure to support growth into third-party transactions.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all title operations with a focus on commercial and healthcare transactions.
- Manage, lead, and grow a high-performing internal team.
- Handle complex closings with composure and clarity, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and processes to support scalability.
- Collaborate with executives to identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Act as the point person on high-pressure deals, keeping transactions moving forward efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial and/or healthcare title.
- Proven ability to lead and scale operations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong presence-able to "control the room" and drive resolution during complex closings.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Must be able to work on-site full-time in the Five Towns.
