Propersys Corporation is rapidly growing and expanding and is now looking for a talented Senior Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Managing, coordinating, and supervising groups of junior engineers.
- Providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
- Planning activities tracking and delegating tasks in advance.
- Clearly outlining goals and ensuring group members understand what’s expected of them.
- Ensuring QA/QC, health and safety regulations are always obeyed.
- Analyzing group performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Providing group sessions as well as one-on-one meetings where individuals can voice their concerns or questions.
- Responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coordinating a team to achieve shared objectives, ensuring team efficiency and realizing its full potential. Overseeing daily tasks, projects, and team performance, meet project goals.
- Scheduling additional training sessions and workshops, as required.
- Follow senior manager, work with Contractor, team members, Safety team and QA/QC to address any system issues.
- Issue weekly/monthly report related, schedule and quality report to client.

- Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in system design and electrical engineering principles.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to system performance and design.
- Familiarity with CAD software for drafting and modeling purposes.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures related to gas engineering is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct effective root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
