Job Duties
Under general supervision, coordinates and supervises the cementing work of the service line at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
Provides necessary planning for the work, including instructions to the personnel and equipment used, including dispute resolution at approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with the work performed.
Coordinates and directs the activities of the service operators. Coordinates the cleanup, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Plans and performs calculations necessary for the total work at the well site, as required.
Leads site team of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
Evaluates individual team performance levels and coaches operators to improve their job performance.
The role has budgetary responsibilities or directly impacts the viability of a revenue center or its quality of service through personal contributions. Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and one year of experience as a Cementing Service Operator II. A license may be required to operate commercial equipment. Given the nature of oilfield service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is essential.
Promotes safety and environmental awareness and adheres to all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and actively participates in the Quality Improvement Process. The candidate must meet the minimum development standards for this job classification.
Possesses the necessary work skills in the service line and a general knowledge of other service functions.
Qualifications
Education: Mechanical, Electromechanical, and related technician with active CFT;
Office package
; Basic English;
Reside in Macae or region.
Desirable 5 years of experience with Oil Well Cementing
