BASIC FUNCTION:
Under direction of the Chief of Staff, the Director II, Communications shall plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and oversee the Stanislaus County Office of Education's (SCOE) comprehensive communication program. This includes coordinating, planning, and developing all elements of internal and external communications, media relations, social media, marketing, website, and special events; providing professional and technical support, assistance, and guidance to the Superintendent and assistant superintendents as directed; and leading the Communications Department and staff.
BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
