The VP Sales NAMER is a senior position responsible for driving the New Logo software sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth across the North & South America as well as Canada. This includes selling into New Logo both Enterprise and Commercial, building go-to-market strategies, and leading high-performing teams across the above geographies.
In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the sales strategy aligned with both regional & global objectives.
- Set revenue, growth, and profitability targets across given markets.
- Develop go-to-market plans tailored to each region's maturity, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Execution
- Build pipeline, drive acquisition of net-new logos, and penetrate priority verticals and accounts.
- Regional Team Leadership
- Recruit, lead, and develop sales AEs and BDs accordingly.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable sales culture.
- Implement consistent sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.) and performance management metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and operations to support regional objectives.
- Provide field feedback to influence product development and roadmap.
- Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure effective forecasting, deal governance, and compliance.
- Market Expansion & Innovation
- Identify and prioritize regional market opportunities and adjacencies.
- Lead localization efforts for products and campaigns as needed.
- Ensure business continuity and scalability across diverse markets with varying levels of digital maturity.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Own regional forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to the global CRO/CEO.
- Provide visibility into performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure CRM and sales tools are leveraged effectively for transparency and predictability.
- Interact with the board on Sales & Marketing strategy as well as GTM changes and additions as and when required
