Senior Project Manager/Leader to oversee the successful delivery of complex digital and I&IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps to drive transformation and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

: Toronto, ON/Hybrid Job Description: Must Haves:- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Azure DevOps
- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex digital/I&IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
Desired Skills & Experience:- Strong knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and governance frameworks
- Proficiency with MS Project and similar tracking tools
- Skilled at developing visual project roadmaps and timelines
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues with clear recommendations
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology to support transformation planning
- Experience delivering options analysis and workplans to maintain compliance with project goals and timelines
- Ability to resolve project delays through proactive dependency management
