The Head - Business Development (BD) will lead and drive the growth strategy for Client Indonesia's foundation engineering business. This role is responsible for overseeing tendering, client acquisition, market development, and strategic relationship management. The incumbent will focus on expanding market presence, negotiating high-value contracts, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable business results. Leveraging Keller's comprehensive geotechnical solutions including Stone Columns, Deep Soil Mixing (DSM), Rigid Inclusions, Micropiles, and Jet Grouting, also to combine strong commercial acumen with deep industry insight and client engagement to secure and deliver profitable opportunities.
Key Requirements:
• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 -15 years of progressive experience in business development in the Geotechnical
industry domain.
• Proven track record in securing and delivering large-scale geotechnical/infrastructure projects
across Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Geotechnical solutions (Stone Columns, DSM, Rigid Inclusions, etc.) and
their application in diverse markets.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, negotiation, and financial management.
