You will lead a small but critical production team of8–9 employees, with full ownership of2nd shift productivity, quality, safety, and team engagement. Your performance will be visible, measurable, and valued—and you’ll get full credit for the results you deliver.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of 2nd shift operations, including machining, tooling, and assembly
- Coach, develop, and motivate a hardworking production team to perform at a high level
- Drive safe, efficient, high-quality production using CNC bed mills, CNC lathes, presses, and rivet-based processes
- Use yourbilingual English/Spanish communication skillsto lead clearly, build trust, and set expectations
- Take full ownership of results—productivity, quality, and team performance are yours to run
What Sets You Up for Success
- Experience inmetalworking, tooling, or industrial manufacturing
- Working knowledge ofCAD, CNC bed mills, and CNC lathes
