Job Description:Senior Manager, Human Resources - FBSI, Brokerage Platform Technology & CapabilitiesThe RoleThe HR Senior Manager partners with Brokerage Platform Technology and Brokerage Capabilities leaders to advance the Fidelity Wealth and FBSI platform strategy. With guidance from HR leadership, this role leads and executes human capital initiatives across staffing, compensation, talent management, performance, engagement, development, and inclusion.
