Essential Job Functions
- Plan, lead, and carry out demonstrations of new products and process flows
- Develop engineering plans
- Evaluate and document new product flows and unit processes
- Create production travelers
- Monitor and track product throughout the fab
- Continuous process improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
- Interface with customers and all levels of management
- Support day-to-day operations and equipment maintenance
- Maintain a safe work environment (may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Excellent data analysis/statistical skills
· Able to process wafers in a flexible development environment
· Quick learner with better than average fab processing skills
· Good understanding of Statistical Process Control principles and application
· Knowledge of project planning, design of experiment, and scheduling
· Able to generate reports and present orally at meetings
· Able to use Microsoft Office
· Team-oriented outlook; works well in collaborative team environment and in individual roles
· Clear, concise verbal and written skills
· Can understand and communicate effectively with Management, Engineering, Vendors, Customers

Required Education and Experience
· Required: BS degree in Engineering, Technology, or Physical Sciences
or equivalent prior experience in semiconductor industry
· Preferred: 3+ years' experience working as a Process Engineer, Etch Engineer, Wet Engineer, or Thin Films Engineer in a semiconductor fab
