Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct system architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and industry trends to drive innovation. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to enhance their understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities. Document architectural designs, processes, and best practices for future reference.Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. Proficient in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration techniques. Experience in designing and implementing healthcare solutions using Salesforce technologies. Solid understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other Salesforce products and services, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with integration tools and APIs, particularly in the healthcare domain. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools within Salesforce. Certifications related to Salesforce Health Cloud or other relevant Salesforce certifications.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a Solution Architect role. Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
