Title: Project Coordinator – UX & Digital Content (Contract)
Location: San Antonio, TX — Onsite 4 days/week
Contract Duration: Through end of year
Type: W2 Contract
About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Project Coordinator with strong experience in UX, digital content, and project support. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager, designers, content strategists, and product teams to enhance digital messaging templates, improve user experience, and ensure high‑quality content execution across multiple channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Workflow Support- Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating multiple digital content and UX projects
- Update tasks, track progress, and support daily stand‑ups using Jira Workflow Management (JWM)
- Assist in managing timelines, follow‑ups, dependencies, and deliverables
- Communicate project updates and address blockers with cross‑functional stakeholders
UX & Content Support- Collaborate with UX designers and content strategists to refine digital message templates
- Use Figma to create and update templates, user journey visualizations, and design annotations
- Support the enhancement of member‑facing notifications with clearer, personalized, user‑centered content
- Contribute to journey mapping by identifying opportunities for messaging improvements or template retirement
Digital Content Management- Partner with CMS teams to ensure approved copy and personalized content are integrated correctly
- Maintain accuracy within messaging templates and ensure updates follow content standards
- Organize project files and deliverables using Box
Data & Optimization Support- Assist with simple analytics reviews and content performance checks
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives
- Help identify UX/content opportunities using data-driven insights (click rates, engagement metrics, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years supporting digital or UX-related projects
- Experience with Figma—template updates, journey mapping, or collaboration with designers
- Hands-on experience with Jira / JWM or similar workflow tools
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms and digital content workflows
- Comfort working with analytics inputs or performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate across UX, design, product, content, and business teams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a digital content, UX writing, or content strategy environment
- Understanding of personalization, A/B testing, and user journeys
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
- Ability to interpret analytics data and help identify content optimization opportunities
- Portfolio or samples of UX/content-related work (helpful but not required)
