Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to support ongoing engineering work related to equipment design, documentation, and build execution. This role works within the engineering function and is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent engineering outputs across active projects.
The position involves working with engineering drawings, bills of material, build documentation, and physical assemblies. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring engineering information reflects the current state of designs and builds, and that documentation and data remain aligned as work progresses.
This role requires strong attention to detail, technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple engineering tasks.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and organize engineering documentation, files, and databases
· Track the status of active engineering projects and current work in progress
· Support engineering release and revision processes
· Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up to resolve gaps
· Assist with mechanical design updates and standardization efforts
· Create and maintain build packages, work orders, and reference materials
· Capture feedback from builds and support continuous improvement efforts
· Track engineering tools, parts, and inventory related to builds
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
· Entry-level to early career experience
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on open items
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
· CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
· Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOMs, or manufacturing documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
