Our client, a leading life sciences and diagnostics organization, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting Research & Development Scientists. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced lab environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lab Technician Location: St. Louis, MO (100% On-site) Pay Range: $22-$25/hr (depending on experience) What's the Job? (Max 5) Perform laboratory tests, including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and other assays for product development. Support R&D activities through equipment calibration, maintenance, and routine lab housekeeping. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation following GDP standards. Assist in creating, organizing, and updating Design History Files (DHF). Follow compliance standards including FDA, OSHA, USDA, EPA, ISO, and Quality System regulations. What's Needed? (Max 5) Experience with IHC, FFPE samples, and preferably autostaining platforms (e.g., Ventana Benchmark). Knowledge of FDA QSRs and ISO 13485 or related regulated environments. Strong scientific literacy with the ability to read and interpret technical procedures. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences OR 3+ years of laboratory experience (highly preferred). What's in it for me? (Max 5) Competitive hourly pay. Standard Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm).
