Job Description:
Title: Project Manager
Location: St Louis, MO
4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Duration: Contract through June with likely extension
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation. This role is accountable for delivering projects that meet agreed‑upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives, while ensuring effective communication, change management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Manage projects from initiation through implementation and closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Drive project execution to ensure delivery within scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Provide day‑to‑day direction to project resources
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with project teams and key stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across cross‑functional teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and proactively
Change & Risk Management
- Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle
- Assess change requests and manage impacts to scope, timeline, cost, and quality
- Identify issues and risks and support timely resolution
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Produce regular status reports, dashboards, and budget updates
- Track project progress and performance against defined objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience managing projects through full lifecycle delivery
- Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and decision‑making capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
