Semiconductor Device Testing and Circuit Design Engineer
The individual selected for this position will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced engineering team to perform semiconductor device testing, design, modeling, and simulate electronic circuits, and build and automate test setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Measurement of DC, RF, and Reliability parameters of semiconductor devices.
- Equipment automation and data processing using python.
- Understanding of device physics for Modeling with ADS, TCAD, COMSOL, SPICE, and Verilog-Asoftware.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + work experience or higher degree in relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering.
- Strength in Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, and circuit design.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Python.
- Initiative to solve problems and work around obstacles.
- Full-time work schedule in-person at Waltham, MA (some hybrid/remote flexibility).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience with electrical test equipment including SMUs, oscilloscopes, and CV meters.
- Experience with RF measurement tools, including VNAs and spectrum analyzers.
- Hands on experience with building circuits, designing PCBs, and running circuit simulations.
- Experience programming embedded systems.
- Knowledge of electromagnetic wave theory and solid-state physics.
- Experience on Analog/Digital Electronics circuits and PCB assembly.
- Experience in device simulation software will be a plus for example, ADS, TCAD, COMSOL etc.

Pay: $75,770.87 - $91,250.93 per year
