Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and a modern data platform that supports analytics, reporting, and operational decision‑making across the organization. This role partners closely with analytics and business stakeholders to translate data needs into reliable, well‑modeled, and high‑quality data solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations across multiple systems and data sources
- Develop high‑quality data models that support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases
- Partner with analytics, and business teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement strong data quality, validation, and monitoring processes to ensure reliability and trust in the data
- Optimize data storage, processing, and performance within cloud data warehousing environments
- Contribute to the evolution of a modern data platform, including tooling, standards, and best practices
- Support data platform operations by troubleshooting issues, improving reliability, and ensuring SLAs are met
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on governance, documentation, definitions, and data stewardship
- Build and maintain automated data workflows to move, transform, and synchronize data between internal and external systems
- Design event‑driven and scheduled automation to reduce manual data handling and improve reliability across data integrations
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For (Preferred Qualifications)
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar technical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Big Query preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT
- Proficiency in Python or another scripting language
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and modern data architecture patterns
- Experience with CI/CD workflows, version control (Git
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, lineage, and cataloging concepts and tools
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, or RPA tools to build automated workflows that move and synchronize data between systems
- Strong understanding of automation best practices, including error handling, monitoring, security controls, and operational support

Additional Information
The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 — $90,000 USD + Bonus.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
