As a Manufacturing Engineer at Webco, you’ll be at the center of operations—working side-by-side with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive performance and innovation.
You will:
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing processes
- Design and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and line balancing
- Conduct time studies and analyze performance data to drive smarter decisions
- Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime
- Develop and standardize SOPs and work instructions
- Support new equipment launches, tooling improvements, and layout enhancements
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions
- Train and support production teams on new processes and improvements
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement efforts across the operation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to communicate clearly and work across teams
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
- Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

This role splits time between office and plant floor. You’ll be hands-on in a dynamic manufacturing setting, with:
- Exposure to equipment, noise, and production activity
- Required PPE in plant areas (hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes)
- Physical activity including walking, standing, and occasional lifting
