If you love digging into data, clarifying complex problems, and shaping customer‑facing digital experiences, this role gives you the chance to make a visible impact across web and mobile products used by thousands of business customers.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys 50% analysis, 50% documentation, and 100% collaboration.What You’ll DoYou’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, researchers, data analysts, and engineering teams to accelerate discovery and delivery of new digital features. Your work will help the team answer questions like: What should we build next? What does the data tell us? How do we improve the customer experience?Your day‑to‑day will include:Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and reporting requirementsCreating clear, concise BRDs, PRDs, process flows, data definitions, and current‑state/future‑state documentationPulling and interpreting data from tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics platforms to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesSupporting prioritization by helping the team understand impact, baseline performance, and where to focus nextLeading stakeholder conversations, validating assumptions, and driving alignment across teamsCreating visuals, process maps, and storytelling decks (Lucid, PowerPoint) to support decision‑makingConducting industry and competitive analysis to inform product strategyUsing AI‑enabled tools (where appropriate) to support large‑scale data review and insight generatioYou won’t be building dashboards — you’ll be using analytics to guide business decisions and shape the customer experience.What You BringWe’re looking for someone who is analytical, intuitive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned.Required experience:3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or digital product analysisStrong ability to document clearly and conciselyExperience pulling, analyzing, and summarizing dataFamiliarity with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics toolsExperience writing requirements that feed development teams (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)Ability to create process flows and visualize complex systemsExperience with digital products — web portals, customer‑facing sites, B2B portals, or mobile appsConfluence/Jira experienceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfort leading meetings and driving conversations with peers and leadersUnderstanding of Agile processesWhy This Role MattersThis team is expanding its ownership of the digital customer experience.
